Maintain and upgrade training programs and documentation utilizing
any means of available materials and data.
Conduct trainings, awareness, and special courses in various
technical areas to improve technicians knowledge and understanding in
the field of instrumentation
Attend integration meetings to discuss and evaluate recommendations
Carry-out site visits and collect data to Identify potential
improvement on Company Programs and to develop process of managing job
activities.
Close coordination with Coordinators in identifying improvements of
dealing daily activities
Implement Job Qualification Program (JQP) for technicians in
instrumentation field by conducting assessments, field tests,
interviews.
Build up effective development programs on instrumentation
Prepare monitoring and evaluation reports
Interact with technicians and respond to potential inquiries on
Instrumentation
Establish training programs, procedures and related Materials in:
o Instrumentation Maintenance Programs
o Foundation Fieldbus Instrumentation
o Conventional Instrumentation
o Shutdown Systems
Participation on safety programs and adherence to safety regulations
impose by Safety Department or Safety committees
Participate on simulator courses and deliver knowledge sharing to
trainees.
B.E/B.Tech Instrument.
Minimum of (10) years Experience in same field
Preferably has a minimum of (2) Years Experience in Training and development fields.
Technical expert in all areas of the Plants Instrumentation Fields.
Ability to effectively present information in a clear manner, demonstrate Procedures and responds to business inquiries.
Ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
Interested to provide improvement to the organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good interpersonal skills.
Good Punctuality.
