The Project Manager is responsible for :
• Supervise and direct all project staff
• Set priorities and assure the timely completion of the project
deployment services
• Deploy the projects, commission them, and provide after sales support
in the field
• Maintain profitability of the projects
• Manage the QMS and HSE requirements in the Operations Department
• Respond to customer’s technical and operational issues • Handle
supply chain management as needed to meet the project deployment
schedule
• Manage the inventory and warehouse to assure proper stock levels, and
proper storage, packaging, and shipping of the project material.
• Identify and implement technical improvements in the company’s
products
• Identify and secure resources to fulfill customer’s requirements •
Add input to technical proposals including system design and site
surveys to support Sales
• Propose and support technology developments to enhance the company’s
capabilities
• Maintain vendor relationships as required
• Maintain very good client-vendor and/or client-contractor
relationship.
Minimum Education
B.S./B.E. degree in Electrical / Instrumentation / Telecommunication
Engineering.
Additional PMP (project Management Professional) qualification is plus.
Minimum Experience and/or Training
• Must have a minimum of ten years of experience in Engineering,
preferably in the oil and gas environment.
• Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years in Project Management position
with milestone controls.
• Must have a minimum of five years in an EPC environment, e.g.
complete project deployments.
• Should have profound knowledge and hands-on experience on field
instrumentation, radio communication, telemetry, RTUs, SCADA, Data
management systems and system integration to other 3rd party systems.

Additional Requirements
• Must be willing to travel within GCC countries (max. upto 20% of
time) • Must be wiling to spend additional time & energy to get the
job done in timely manner. • Must be self-starter and highly motivated
• Must be able take sole responsibility of the project and it’s
profitability. |
